We collect what we need to rent you a car and nothing more: your name, contact details, driver licence information, the dates and vehicle you booked, and the payment details needed to take a deposit and a balance. Most of that is collected by Wheelbase, the booking platform behind our checkout, and passed to us so we can prepare the car and meet you.

Who sees it

Us, and the services that make a booking work — Wheelbase for reservations and payments, our payment processor for the card itself, and our insurer or protection provider if a claim is made. If you book through Turo instead, Turo holds your data under Turo's own policy and shares only what a host needs with us.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you rented a car. If you email us a question we answer it, and we keep the thread, because the next question usually refers to it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. The booking widget is served by Wheelbase and is subject to their cookie practices once it loads.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep for tax and insurance records. Email ops@riverfrontrac.com and we will handle it.
