Two ways to book

Our cars are on Turo too.

Every vehicle here has a Turo listing, run by the same people who answer this website. If Turo is where you already book, use it — the car you get is identical either way. The only real question is who stands behind the booking.

Book direct here

  • No marketplace guest fee — the price you see is the price
  • A 10% deposit holds the car; balance due the day before
  • You talk to us, the people who own and service the fleet
  • Pickup arranged around your flight, not a platform window

Book on Turo

  • Everything in one app: booking, messages, trip details, receipts
  • Turo's protection plan and claims process stand behind the trip
  • Our rating and trip history are visible before you commit
  • 24/7 platform support for a lockout or a tow at 2am
  • Driver verification, payment and deposits handled by Turo

Why someone picks Turo, honestly

They have booked there before. Their account, licence and payment method are already on file, and a fresh checkout is friction they would rather skip.

They want a big company standing behind the trip. Turo carries the protection plan, the damage process and the dispute channel. Renting from a small local fleet means trusting the owner's coverage instead. Some travellers will happily pay a bit more for that wrapper, and that is a fair call rather than a mistake.

They are judging reputation, not relationship. A visible rating and a few hundred completed trips answer "is this outfit real?" faster than any About page we could write.

They need a human at an odd hour. Turo's support line does not close. Ours does, though we are quick in the morning.

An employer or travel policy expects a marketplace receipt. Corporate cards and expense systems sometimes only reimburse a platform booking. We would rather you rented our car through Turo than rented someone else's to satisfy an expense rule.

What does not change

Same vehicle, same preparation, same free delivery to Spokane International and Amtrak, same people on the other end. Booking direct saves the guest fee and puts you in direct contact with us; booking on Turo buys platform protection and convenience. Both are good outcomes for us — we would just rather you knew the trade.
