This page covers use of this website. The rental itself is governed by the rental agreement you sign at pick-up and by our rental policies; where this page and those documents differ, those documents control.

Bookings and pricing

Rates shown are for the dates and vehicle selected and include the fees disclosed at checkout. A request is not a confirmed reservation until we approve it; a 10% deposit then holds the car, with the balance due the day before pick-up. Cancellations follow the policy on the policies page and in your confirmation.

The vehicle

Photos are of the actual fleet, though a specific unit may be substituted for an equivalent vehicle if it is off the road. You are responsible for the car while it is in your care: fuel or charge level at return, tolls, parking and citations, and any damage beyond normal wear. Pets travel with a carrier or seat cover; smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle.

Where you may drive

Anywhere in the United States. Canada and Mexico are not permitted today: our coverage is voided if the vehicle crosses a border, which would leave you driving uninsured. Ask us before booking if your plans involve a border, and we will tell you where that stands.

Coverage and liability

Coverage is described at checkout and in the rental agreement. A renter who declines the protection offered must show their own qualifying coverage. Nothing here is a substitute for the agreement you sign.
